We have the tenancy agreements legally examined.
Because no two agreements are the same, we pay special focus, which is needed in Berlin, to negotiate and regulate contracts with landlords and tenants fairly. Tenants want to rent a good flat at a fair price, it is important to find a socially acceptable balance between the interests of tenants and landlords. Tenancy agreements are legally reviewed by our cooperating lawyers for tenancy and real estate law and are constantly updated. Rent increases, objections by tenants or third parties are also cushioned to a considerable extent in this way.
