Almost everyone who owns a pet or is considering getting one is familiar with the <\/span>
Thoughts: \"I first have to ask my landlord if the pet can stay.\" <\/span>
But is that even necessary? Is the landlord allowed to keep the beloved <\/span>
pets in the flat ve<\/span>bid? <\/span><\/p>

What the law says<\/span><\/h3>

According to a ruling by the Federal Court of Justice from 2013, the holding of <\/span>pets in rented flats should not be banned as a matter of principle. Pets would jeopardise the <\/span>promote the personal development of people, according to the justification for this judgement.<\/span><\/p>

What does this mean for our pets? <\/span><\/h3>
