Criteria for the selection should include<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2264\">Qualifications and experience<\/li><li data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2293\">References and transparency<\/li><li data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2374\">Range of services and technical equipment (e.g. digital owner portals)<\/li><li data-start=\"2377\" data-end=\"2437\">Personal demeanour in interviews or interview rounds<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2559\">Ideally, several providers should introduce themselves.
