It belongs to the Mitte district, has many new restaurants and shops, and is located in close proximity to Berlin Central Station and the Reichstag. You are also on the Spree and the Spandau Ship Canal. On the east side lies the modern Europacity with around 10,000 jobs, on the west side the historic Fritz-Schloss-Park and the Natural History Museum on the other side of the canal.
There is a bus connection in the immediate vicinity, and it's about an 8-10 minute walk to the main train station or the S-Bahn station.
