Real estate agent / property manager as WEG administrator (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Contact person for tenants, utilities, service providers and authorities
- Conclusion and termination of rental agreements
- Accounting, payment transactions, receivables management, reporting
- Operating cost statements
- Monitoring the technical condition of the building
- Receipt and processing of defect reports
- Order placement and monitoring of maintenance, refurbishment and conversion measures
- Processing of insurance claims
- Preparation and organisation of owners' meetings
- Entry/processing of the resolution collection
- Preparation of business plans
- Inspections of properties to identify defects in cooperation with the responsible technical property manager
- Obtaining offers and commissioning companies as part of the ongoing maintenance and repair of the managed properties
Your profile
- Secure specialised knowledge from your completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d)
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in the management of WEG properties
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office and corresponding administration software (DOMUS)
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, competent and authoritative demeanour, flexibility
- English language skills

Rental accountant (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Recording of all business transactions in rental and accounts receivable accounting
- Preparation of the rent collections
- Tenant account clarification and dunning process, incl. application for dunning notices
- Preparation of recharging invoices and monitoring of incoming payments
- Booking of legal cases and coordination with receivables management
- Preparation for the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, e.g. valuation of receivables
- Deposit creation and settlement, monitoring of deposit receipts
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with a focus on property management or accounting
- Relevant professional experience in accounting
- Knowledge of property and receivables management
- Strong affinity for numbers and accounting skills
- High degree of reliability, precision and conscientiousness
- Systematic and responsible way of working
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with DOMUS 4000 is desirable
- Service-orientated and quality-conscious way of working
- Well organised, team player and flexible
