Many people associate the term after sales primarily with the e-commerce sector. Warranties, complaints, exchanges - most people have probably already experienced these. However, very few people are probably aware that after sales is also an important topic in the property sector. For us, it is our daily bread and butter, because long-term partnerships can only be established with satisfied customers. However, there is a lot to consider for successful customer retention.
Yiannis Tzakris, born in 1984, studied urban planning and environmental economics in Athens and later worked in Thessaloniki. After moving to Berlin, he initially worked as a property management and letting manager at " Black Label Real Estate worked for the company. He has been Managing Director of the partner company Black Label Property Management GmbH since 2020.
