Tenant self-disclosure

We, Black Label Property Management GmbH, represented by the managing directors Ioannis Tzakris and Achim Amann, use this rental self-disclosure for submission to the landlord and pass on the data contained therein to the landlord.

Please note this: Our information on the Data protection you have already received by e-mail. You will find this at the end of every e-mail from us.

This rental self-disclosure is structured in such a way that you should provide us with the information in section 1 if you are generally interested in the flat. Only if you are applying to rent the flat and would like us to pass on your details to the landlord, please also fill in the information in section 2.

The information in section 3 is only required if we are commissioned to draw up the tenancy agreement for you or if the landlord wishes to do so himself. This data must only be provided in this case.

Information on the previous tenancy
Please prove that you have fulfilled the obligations under the tenancy agreement from the previous tenancy by providing suitable evidence, e.g. proof of regular rent payments via bank statements or a receipt from the previous landlord. You may black out any information that is not required beforehand.

Information on the previous tenancy
Please submit a current salary statement or an annual income tax assessment showing the details of your income. You may black out any information that is not required.

Information on creditworthiness
Please submit a consumer credit report, which you can obtain directly from Schufa. Note: Landlords are not allowed to ask you for your consent to obtain a Schufa report. However, we ask you to hand over your own Schufa report when signing the tenancy agreement. This is legally permissible.

After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail with a Copy of the "tenant self-disclosure".
